About Terraces at Launani Valley The Terraces at Launani Valley, as the name suggests, occupy a special elevated site, with the two rows of its buildings standing on higher ground over the main road. In fact the back row is set even higher, giving it unobstructed views that normally would be blocked. It's a nice touch in a valley where you want to see it all.
The Terraces were built in 1993 on these lands that are a little more than halfway back in the neighborhood. There's nothing halfway about the room you get in these townhomes, though.
