About Streamside at Launani Valley Streamside at Launani Valley may have a Mililani address, but it feels like a world away. Tucked away in this secreted area just above Mililani Mauka, it's a community off on its own.
The Streamside residences are halfway up the only road in or out of this valley, putting you in a place truly removed from things, yet near enough to get out to the highway in not too much time.
The name comes from Waikakalaua Stream, which runs by, not too far from these homes. Some can even hear it at times, especially after a good rain.
The townhome units are all one level, contained in buildings of 3 stories, almost all of which sit with the forest and lush green of the valley right behind them. Four floor plans are throughout – 2BR/1BA (724 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (797 or 833 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (925 sq ft).
