About Evergreen Terrace Evergreen Terrace is what many have been seeking - a more affordable home option in Mililani. Built in 1992, it occupies a site off on its own just north of Mililani Town. Surrounded by green spaces on either side, and shady trees all along the street, there's little traffic back here and a lot of quiet.
There is some noise from H2, which it sits beside, but those thick natural features surrounding you help to insulate your home from much of it.
The 3 buildings that make up the whole all have 3 stories, with 130 residences total. Just 3 floor plans keep things simple, coming in at 2BR/2BA (934 sq ft) and 3BR/2 or 3BA (both 1,289 sq ft). The first floor(s) contains all the single level 2BRs, while the 2nd floor is reserved for the two story 3BR townhome style units that have vaulted ceilings to add to their brag sheet. Almost all include 129 sq ft lanais, the very few exceptions blessed with a courtyard of 463 sq ft.

With H2 right there and Mililani Town a couple of minutes south, you're taken care of for your commute or cravings for a bite out, not to mention the shopping as well.
