About Royal Vista Many residences are billed as being in the shadow of Punchbowl, but this one practically scales its slopes. The Royal Vista condos sit right against this iconic work of Madame Pele, automatically reducing your noise factor just from the lack of neighbors that way. There aren't any to the Koolau side, either, just the green sides of Punchbowl.
