About Park Lane Park Lane Ala Moana is a unique ultra-luxury Hawaiian themed condo project, located on
Ala Moana Shopping Center, drawing on inspirations from a wide variety of concepts, including some buildings & concepts created by world-renowned architect
Vladimir Ossipoff. It was completed in 2017, across 3 phases: April (structures 1 - 3), August (structures 4 - 5) and December (structures 6 - 7).
The project is 7 structures, each 100 ft tall, with a total of 219 units and more than 100 different floor plans with an average interior space of about 2,000 sf (several are also in the 2,700 to 4,100 sf range). Most units come with a storage room and typically 1 bedroom units are conveyed with 1 parking stall and most other residences are conveyed with 2 stalls, although some larger units come with 3 stalls.
The units are located on the 3rd through 8th floor (5th floor is lobby level), with the 1st and 2nd floor being
Ala Moana Shopping Center parking stalls. The car garage for Park Lane is on the 3rd and 4th floor and 34 residences on these two floors come with a car garage, offering direct access to their units. The 3rd floor units with a private garage (Island Residences), is the closest you get to a true single-family home feel, since those residences also have a private yard and pool - it is quite spectacular. Several other residences too have a mixed condo / house vibration / feel, especially the 4th floor Island Residences, which also, like the 3rd floor Island Residences, have a private garage.
All units have 10 ft built-out living room ceiling heights, except the Club Residences, which has 9 ft built out ceiling heights. The Club Residences are located in Building 1 - the only structure not facing the ocean (faces Piikoi St) and also the only building with all 1 bedroom units, except 4 x 2 bedroom units.
Also Good to Know Balconies: Most units have a very deep ove-sized balcony that is extremely inviting - a place one wants to go and relax. They all have a private barbeque station, which together with the large balcony creates that feel of being in a single-family home (Note: All units in Building 1 do not have a barbeque station).
Numbering: Each residence number has 4 digits. The 1st digit represents the building number, the 2nd number represents the floor number and the last 2 digits is the actual unit number within that building.
Elevators: 17 total, which means 1 elevator / 13 residences (2 residential elevators per building, which typically has ~26 homes). In comparison, most condos have 1 elevator per 50 to 100 residences.
Parking: Located on 3rd & 4th floor, in many cases near the residence in question. Guest parking is valet only. 1st & 2nd floor is mall parking.
Entry: From Piikoi St there is a ramp taking owners to the 5th floor main lobby area. Piikoi St is a two-way street and has a U turn option for easy access.
Windows: Very high quality sound proofing and protection from the natural light (arguably the best quality windows installed in any condo in Honolulu).

3 Grand Penthouse Residences: Ranging from 5,093 sf to 6,259 sf of interior with very large over-sized balconies.

Sky Residences: 3BR residences, located in building 3 through 8 on the 7th through 8th floor, set in back of each structure. Units boast beautiful ocean views and many units also have pleasant mountain views.
Ocean Residences: 3BR residences, located in building 3 through 8 on the 3rd through 7th floor and in building 2, 7 and 8 on the 8th floor. Residences are in the front section of the building structures, closest to Ala Moana Blvd, and offer the most open unobstructed ocean views, especially from higher floors.
Park Residences: 4BR residences, located in building 3 through 8 on the 5th floor along the Park Lane, each home with its own private garage. Residences are set in the back of each structure, away from Ala Moana Blvd.
Island Residences: 2BR + Den (6th floor) and 3BR (3rd & 4th floor) residences, located in building 3 through 8 on the 3rd, 4th and 6th floor. Some residences have their own private pool and attached car garage. Residences are located in the back of each structure.
Courtyard Residences: Located in building 2 & 3 on the 3rd through 5th floor and also in building 2 through 8 on the 6th through 8th floor. Most units have a direct view of Park Lane structure on the opposite side, though from an angle they receive varying degrees of ocean views. Lower floor units have pleasant views of tropical landscaping. 3rd floor residences have a private pool and yard.
Club Residences: 1BR, 1BR + Den and a 4 x 2BR residences located in building 1. Most units look directly into buildings across Piikoi St (1350 Ala Moana & Hawaiki Tower) with varying degrees of ocean views on an angle. These are the lowest priced units in Park Lane.
Grand Penthouses: 3 GPH residences with ~5,000sf to ~6,500sf of interior located in building 2, 3 & 5 on the 8th floor.
