About Pacific Islander The Pacific Islander stands on a small side street, less than ½ block from Kuhio Avenue, yet seems to be miles away, so quiet and secluded is its location. That's not the only unique factor about this building. It is also bordered on almost every side by open land, a rarity in Waikiki. That may change, of course, but for now you enjoy distinctly clear surroundings.
The Pacific Islander condos are on the smaller side, making them most appropriate for singles or couples without children. The floor plans lay out as Studio/1BR (198 or 238 sq ft) and 1BR/2BA (454 or 464 sq ft).
Your lanai comes in at from 40 to 123 sq ft, with
views of Waikiki's cityscape, out to the Koolau Mountains and the Ala Wai Canal and, from a few residences, the Pacific itself.
Luckily, Kuhio Avenue has a choice of bus lines steps from your home. Even better, all the recreation of Waikiki, including
the beach, Kapiolani Park, the restaurants and all the events that go on here are an easy walk away, too.
You do have some give and take at the Pacific Islander. The good news is that the Take gets you something incredible – all of Waikiki.
