If you have little ones, this
Honolulu condo complex can make things very easy, at least for a few years. Your Ewa side neighbor? KCAA Preschool. Your Diamond Head side neighbor? Kuhio Elementary. Drop Off/Pick Up couldn't get any simpler, saving you time, while paying off in peace of mind.
Moiliili Gardens is made up of, first, 2760's smaller 4 story square building, the 1st story being covered parking. The 2nd part, at 2752 Kahoaloha, is larger, with a U-shaped configuration that has 3 floors, all used for residences.
2760 has primarily homes of 689 sq ft and 2BR/1BA layouts, the lanais measuring a further 76 sq ft on them. 2752 has a little more variety with condos that have 672 sq ft and 2BR, yet they can have either 1 or 1.5 bathrooms. The balance left are a trio of 3BR/2BAs that have 1080 sq ft in each. You can count on a 100 sq ft lanai space in this building, but, here again there are variations.
Some of the 2752 lanais are enclosed with a latticework formed by concrete blocks. This does reduce the outlook from them, but you do gain protection from the sometimes overwhelming sun we get as well as added privacy.
Across this duo you can enjoy views of Diamond Head, the cityscape around you as well as the rich shades of green across Manoa Valley and up on the heights of the Koolaus.
Need to get to work Downtown? Use H1W's University Ave entrance. It's just a minute or 2 ride away. Or you can head down H1E in ½, or even less, of that time. Your lot is next to S King St, too, so it's a short walk to Puck's Alley, Down to Earth, Long's along with numerous restaurants that will become regular stops. Speaking of stops, there's plenty of places to catch the bus, to work or anywhere, on King St also.
As busy, and as beneficial, as King St is, you are set back from it, with buildings that cushion you from the sounds, traffic and activity a main thoroughfare like it creates. Come out and enjoy it when you want, stay home when you don't. It's how you can live life at Moiliili Gardens.
