Moana Pacific Floor Plans Residents occupy floors 6 through 48 and the floor plans are identical for the East & West Tower.
Moana Pacific Condos Floors 8 - 12 & 15 - 45 Moana Pacific does not have a 13th or 14th floor. Each of the others floors have 9 units each - 6 facing the ocean and 3 facing the mountain.

More About Moana Pacific If you noted the 'built in' date, you realize that the Moana Pacific condo opened at the absolute height of the real estate boom. Sales were announced to begin before groundbreaking, which prompted potential buyers to begin lining up at the project's sales center 8 days before the scheduled start. Some rented U-Hauls to sleep and live in while waiting.
The building sold out very quickly, though the developer held back 10% of the Moana Pacific condos for themselves. They still own most of those today.
