About Marina Towers The Marina Towers inhabit a part of Waikiki that isn't as flashy. It's a quieter area on the western end that is more residential, rather than tourist. That doesn't mean it lacks nice touches that make it stand out, however.
The building got a thorough facelift in 2013, upgrading to new glass rails on the exterior, completing spalling repairs and getting a new paint job outside. This would mean little if there weren't already some very nice existing elements to the property. Things like the atrium lobby and the koi pond in the entryway to set the right mood for coming home.
The return home is especially a pleasure when you have at least 1,000 sq ft of floorspace waiting. A few even offer double that, 2,000 sq ft, to turn into your personal palace on the Ala Wai. Due to the unusual structure of the building itself, each condo has the feeling of being a corner-end unit, not matter where you are on the floor. Double lanais only add to that effect, while giving you even more outdoor space to enjoy the tropical days and nights.
The Marina Towers have a practical side as well. This is a building with a reputation for being well maintained and the maintenance fees are known for being lower than comparable condominiums. That's a big plus in Honolulu.
Space and affordability? That's a rare thing for
condos in Waikiki. Put it together and it's clear that this is a property worth a look.
