The lanais measure another 102 to 310 sq ft, the 01 stack having wrap-around versions that are on the high side. Some have enclosed that space to add more interior that can be opened fully to the cool breezes.
Your spot on Kapahulu creates additional unique advantages. Longtime area residents complain constantly about the traffic here, but you're removed from that completely on this border avenue. It's also a straight walk, or short drive, up that same street to a number of restaurants and boutique stores that will keep you coming back.
The Makee Ailana condos is the answer to the most common Waikiki living problems - traffic and being crowded in by towering neighbors - plus, to get closer to the beach you'd probably have to check into a hotel. With all of that, what's not to like?
