About Kukui Plaza Kukui Plaza is almost a small city in itself, contained in two towers in Downtown Honolulu. This large complex has a footprint that has allowed it to do something very special.
The roof of the garage, which connects the two buildings, has been turned into an incredible private park. With a huge fish pond, covered picnic area, walking/jogging path, trees and extensive grassy areas, you'll forget you're still in your building. Views from these condos are excellent. The building can look to the Koolau Mountain range, Diamond Head to the east and down to the Pacific Ocean just off of the city that provides its own light show for you every night. You can even take in the Sunrises and Sunsets that start and close our days so wonderfully.
Being Downtown your commute is done on foot and in mere minutes. H1 is just up the street as well, so any trips for business or pleasure can get off to a fast start when you live in Kukui Plaza. That says it all, really. When you live here, your life becomes so much simpler.
