About King Manor King Manor is in an part of town where the neighborhood borders become grey areas, so it can be placed in either, or both, Ward or Kakaako categories. Its exact address is on King St, next door to the landmark of Straub Clinic. There's more going for it than easy access to medical attention, though.
With 21 floors it easily stands out in this section of Honolulu. So much so that units on the higher floors are treated to sweeping views across the city and even out to the Pacific Ocean. It's also easy to see the buildings of Downtown, just a minute or two west, so you know this is an easy commuting point.
