About King Kalani You have to admire a building that keeps things simple. In the King Kalani condo you know exactly what you're getting because every unit has the same layout – 2BRs with 888 sq ft of interior. Step outside and you're on your lanai, 104 sq ft in space, that faces out onto either Liliuokalani Ave or toward Diamond Head itself. That's not all you can see, though.
