Keneda Courts is part of the
Lower Punchbowl neighborhood, found around the base of the makai slopes of the hillsides. The lots here occupy higher ground on this side of H1, overlooking the Capitol/Downtown area.
Even at just 4 stories Kaneda Courts is almost the tallest thing its immediate neighbors being vintage plantation style homes and small walk-ups that all top out at their 2nd level. The one exception is the makai neighbor, the 8 story
Magellan condominium.
While it does, unfortunately, block some of the view that way, there's a silver lining because it also blocks the afternoon sun, which is the most intense of the day. Maybe not an even trade for some, but that's definitely a plus.

This is an ideal place to be if access to employment options are a priority.
Queens Hospital is right there, as are many of the City & County buildings. Then you can add on all the Downtown offices, banks and businesses. Easily the job center of all Hawaii, it's now your neighborhood.
As with any leasehold property, some thought will need to be given to your real estate game plan in the long term. Kaneda Courts could be the solution you've been looking for all this time.
