With 14 floors it's one of the shorter residences on the Ala Wai that fall in the high-rise class. Though it is dwarfed by some of its neighbors, the completely open outlook it will always have on the canal side keeps you from ever feeling boxed in. Every floor, except the penthouse, has just 4 condos. That makes each and every home a corner unit.
