The Ala Wai Plaza Skyrise dominates the intersection of University Avenue and Kapiolani Boulevard, not ending its climb upward until it reaches a full 38 floors. Standing as the tallest building in the area, you can almost see forever from your home here. If it wasn't a condominium, it could probably do good business as an observation tower.
From your residence you can see Diamond Head, the Ala Wai Canal, Waikiki, the Koolau Mountains and, from higher floors, the ocean's blue waves, plus sunrise and sunset vistas, too.
