Although the hotel was built in 1992, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Kapalua were created through a comprehensive 2007 remodeling of the North Wing. The Residences have their own section of the building, removed from the busier parts holding the hotel rooms. Its one and two bedroom condos have interiors of 870 to 1,646 Sq Ft as well as 2 or 3 lanai spaces outside.
Owners have the same privileges as hotel guests, with use of all amenities, from the pools & fitness center to the valet parking, concierge and room service. Your condo has central air conditioning and each unit has at least one parking stall to use.
Most have ocean views, from partial to completely unobstructed. The Ritz-Carlton can handle the renting and management of your unit for you.

Amenities & Things To Do It’s correct to assume from the Ritz-Carlton name that your amenities are 5-Star level. The three large swimming pools, fine restaurants, the spa and saunas ensure you won’t have to leave the property for high-end recreation & relaxation.
Fleming Beach is just in front of the property, only 200 yards away, with a deserved reputation for its snorkeling, surfing and the turtles that are often around these sands.
Oneloa Beach isn’t too much farther from home at approx. 250 yards to the west. Many like the fact that fewer people come here, although the waters are fine and the beach is great for sunbathing.
The
Kapalua Coastal Trail can be picked up not far from your home here. You can run or walk its 2 miles that go from
Honokohau Bay to
Kapalua Bay, stopping off at the beaches as you go or just taking in the shoreline.
