Also known as Napili Surf Beach Resort, Napili Surf is a boutique beachfront condominium complex situated along the southern end of the world-famous
Napili Bay. The complex offers easy access to the bay through a set of stairs. With crystal clear waters, Napili Bay is ideal for snorkeling, relaxing and spotting sea turtles. At night, the lights from across the bay beautifully shimmer, referred to as the “string of pearls” by locals.
It is made up of four two-story buildings, without elevators, thoughtfully positioned by the developer to maximize views. To help lower utility costs, solar panels are installed along the roof. The best ocean views are found in the Ilima and Lehua buildings, which are closest but perpendicular to the water, and the Lokelani building that directly faces the ocean to feature expansive views. Lastly, the Puamala building is tucked in the back of the complex, offering mainly garden views.

Castle Resorts can and does manage the majority of the vacation rental units, and its front desk can be found within Lokelani. There is also an on-site general manager to assist residents and guests.
Studio units are 500 square feet while the one-bedrooms are 600 square feet, each with a lanai. Although units don’t include washers and dryers, a community laundry facility is located on-site. There is also no air conditioning throughout the complex, and units have portable air conditioners.
The grounds of Napili Surf are meticulously maintained, with lush tropical foliage like hibiscus flowers and banana trees. The oceanfront lawn has ample loungers to be the perfect place to watch the sunset and there’s also a shuffleboard court to enjoy.
The property boasts two solar heated pools, one set oceanfront by Ilima and Lehua and the other by Puamala, plus barbecue areas with grills and picnic tables. Events are regularly held for neighbors to get to know each other, such breakfasts, outdoor yoga and live music.
On-site parking is limited with about 30 stalls, and street parking is available nearby.
