Napili Bay is a beachfront condominium with residences that are feet from the sands of Napili Bay Beach and only 20 yards from the water.
Building ‘A’ (
33 Hui Dr) is an L-shaped structure containing twenty-five units that fronts onto the beach, with the smaller ‘B’ building (
27 Hui Dr), holding eight units, just behind. These are all one studio condos with an interior of 366 Sq Ft and one lanai exterior.
Outside doors and some window & wall spaces are fully louvered to let breezes into your home. Originally built with kitchenettes, most have full kitchens now, with a few that feature an electric cooktop, but no conventional oven.

Amenities & Things To Do Napili Bay Beach is almost part of your property, some residents can practically step off their lanai onto it. This is a popular beach due to not only its comfortable sands, but also the less active waters, due to the offshore reef protecting this shoreline. Swimming is much more enjoyable without the pushback of incoming waves and kids have a safer place to play here, too. This is also a snorkeling spot, with a few sites to choose from where you can see schools of fish going by you and even, at times, sea turtles.
North of you less than ½ mile is the western end of the
Kapalua Coastal Trail, a path that is 3.5 miles roundtrip. It can function as one of the most scenic jogging/walking paths or as the route to the beaches along the northern side of Maui, including
Kapalua Bay Beach,
Oneloa Beach and
DT Fleming Beach Park. If one of them is too crowded or you just want something different, just hit the trail.
