The Maui Kaanapali Villas, also called Hale Kaanapali, is a beachfront community on
North Kaanapali Beach.
The 2-story D & E buildings both front onto the beach, with the
6-story A tower directly behind them. The remaining 2-story condominiums, B & C, are in the area set back from the shoreline. The project is predominately a mix of studio and one bedroom units, with just a few select two bedroom units. Units have interiors of 304 to 1,699 Sq Ft. All have lanais, but most condos in the 4 shorter buildings – B, C, D & E - have at least 2, one of them usually on the entry side.
There are ocean views from many of the residences in all 5 buildings that go from partial to totally unobstructed. Every unit has central air-conditioning and the majority do not have a washer or dryer - a laundry facility is on property for residents and visitors to use. 1 unassigned parking stall is available for every unit.
The resort lobby, concierge and front desk are in the A (‘Aloha’) building ground floor, operated by
Aston Resorts. They handle the vacation rental side for owners who enroll in the hotel program.
Lock-offs are already installed in a number of the units to allow them to be separated into two dwellings for rental purposes.
Amenities & Things To Do The sands in front of the property are part of the 3 mile Kaanapali Beach, with its midpoint,
Black Rock, just to the south. From snorkeling to surfing, if the conditions aren’t right in one place, they will be just a short way away.
Being a resort community, you do have a beach services desk, which sits next to the property’s oceanfront restaurant. Beach services can set up different activities on the water as well as rent you any gear needed. There is also a full spa on-site with complete massage, skin care and other treatments available.
