Kulakane sits on an oceanfront property within the Honokowai neighborhood, its residences separated by as little as 20 yards from the water.
The one and two bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 499 to 1,074 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior facing the Pacific. In all, there are twenty-eight one bedrooms and fourteen two bedrooms. The third story two bedroom units feature a loft in them that holds one bedroom and a bathroom. Ground floor residences uniquely have their own private court off of their living room that is 190 Sq Ft in size.
Each unit has one assigned, uncovered space for their parking. Ceiling fans are in the living areas and bedrooms to cool your interior. A coin laundry facility is on-site for residents. This is a walk-up building, so there is no elevator here.
The residences have wide-angle partial to completely unobstructed ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do One of the prime attractions of Kulakane is the beach in front of it, a set of stairs leading down to it from the end of your property. The rocky bed of the ocean immediately in front of your building can be easily avoided just by going a few yards north. This is a seasonal beach, subject to the tidal calendar, so it is a wonderful place to lay by the waves, just not year-round. However, you can always walk into the warm waters or take a swim, all within sight of your home.
If the swells are too high, you can still enjoy watching them from the oceanfront pool and the sundeck, complete with lounge chairs against the seawall. You have a lawn area on either side of the pool, but there’s a larger open grass-covered space only about 350 yards south at
Honokowai Beach Park. It has more than 4.5 acres of it there, holding two playgrounds for the kids on it. The beach side is nice as well, with reef-protected waters to swim and play in and even some good snorkeling, too.
