The Kapalua Golf Villas has
Bay Course fairways right along its western and southern sides, with more on the north, just across Kapalua Dr.
The one and two bedroom villas have 1,137 to 1,857 of interior space and three or four lanais on the exterior. Some floor plans in both the one & two bedroom units also have a loft with its own lanai off of it. Central air conditioning is in every unit and owners get at least one assigned carport stall for parking. Most residences have an ocean view, some seeing out to Molokai.
Although not gated, there is only one road in and out of the community, reinforcing the already quieter environment.
Amenities & Things To Do Despite being removed from the busier resort areas, it is still under a mile to
Kapalua Bay Beach or
Napili Bay Beach. Both are places to get into water or lay out on the sands. If you like a less crowded shoreline,
Oneloa Beach is only a little more of a trip – 1.1 miles from home.

Kapalua Tennis Garden is 500 yards down Kapalua Dr with 10 courts and a full program of lessons, social play and more, though it does require membership or a fee for visitors.
