Hololani is on an oceanfront property with two concrete buildings in Kahana, its residents living as close as 15 yards from the water.
These are all two bedroom condos with interiors ranging from 945 – 1,176 Sq Ft with one or two lanais exterior. In most of the layouts the second bedroom is off the lanai, with the master bedroom and bathroom located on the far side from it. Each unit has one assigned parking space in the underground garage.
Ceiling fans are throughout the interiors in both the living areas and bedrooms. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. There is a storage rack for residents’ surfboards and kayaks. There is one elevator in each of the buildings for those on the upper floors.
Almost all residences here have wide-angle, partial to completely unobstructed ocean views.
Amenities & Things To Do Between the two buildings is a heated oceanfront pool that has a sundeck on the coastal side of it. On it you can look out at the Pacific a few yards away from the comfort of a lounge chair. The BBQs are next to this, giving the cook and their guests that same ocean view to enjoy together. There is not much beach directly in front of your deck, especially under the higher tides, but there’s sands right next door to the south. Sit back here and relax or get in for just a soothing soak, easy to do with the sandy bed of the shoreline ocean here. You can get out to swim as well, the long reef nearby keeping any waves smaller so you don’t get tossed around.
A change of scenery is less than ½ mile south of you at
Pohaku Beach Park, famous for the sea turtles that are seen often in its waters and sometimes on the shore.
The beach here has some very nice spots to lay out on, though it’s a little rocky here and there. The waters are calmer off it so swimmers come here regularly and, in the big wave winter months, less experienced surfers like it here since the swells are more manageable.
