Wailea is an elegant 1,500 acre master-planned resort community, home to a mix of low-rise condos, single-family homes and luxury hotels. 80%+ of the residential real estate is condos and less than 20% is single-family homes.
The majority of its condos are in buildings that top out at 2 or 3 stories, part of the careful planning to fit the vast open green spaces and protect view lines for both you and your neighbors. This combination of design and landscaping created a truly one-of-a-kind community.

- Na Hale O Makena - Built 2002. 40 2 – 3BR units in 6 buildings of 3 – 4 stories. Most units are single-level, but 12 of the 3BRs are 2-story. Complex is across the street from the ocean. Amenities include pool, spa, fitness center (with showers & locker room), pavilion with kitchen & gas grill. Gated community.
Life in Wailea & Makena Across Wailea and Makane there are about 15 separate beaches, each with their own distinct characteristics. The Wailea Oceanfront Boardwalk Trail, which is very popular for joggers and walkers, offers some incredible ocean scenery.
There are 3 Golf Courses in Wailea to take on: Wailea Gold Course, Wailea Emerald Course and Wailea Blue Course.
Wailea Tennis Club, honored as having the country’s most outstanding facilities by the USTA, has 9 tennis courts and 10 pickleball courts.
