Kihei Villages is a peaceful condominium complex in North Kihei located close to the long, pristine shoreline of Sugar Beach. Shops, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance of the complex. Nearby is a dog park and the
Kihei Canoe Club, which invites the public to paddle twice a week.
The low-density complex was built in six phases between 1989 and 1991. It is divided into 60 two-story buildings without elevators, separated by lush gardens. Buildings closer to Kenolio Road boast ocean views. Units are nearly identical in size, ranging between 742 and 775 square feet. Each has a covered lanai, with ground floor units featuring a patio and private yard. Every condo has in-unit laundry and many have been upgraded with air conditioning, including wall, split and central systems.
The sprawling grounds of Kihei Villages are nicely manicured with an abundance of plumeria trees and tropical plants. Residents can reserve the clubhouse, which includes a kitchenette, for meetings and gatherings. The grassy lawn features a playground area with swing sets plus barbecues and picnic tables shaded by gazebos.
Units come with one or two assigned parking stalls nearby. For added ease, there is plenty of guest parking available on-site.
