Kamaole Beach Club is a charming condominium complex in South Kihei offering lovely ocean views from some of its units. The complex is situated across from the sprawling Kamaole Beach Park I, one of Maui’s best beaches for swimming and paddleboarding.
It comprises three two-story buildings without elevators. A front office by the middle building is dedicated to assisting residents and guests. One-bedrooms span 693 square feet. The two-bedrooms range between 901 and 1,033 square feet, some designed in a two-story townhome style with additional locked storage space and others have a lofted area. All boast large windows for ample natural light and a lanai, with the townhomes having two. Every unit also includes ensuite washers and dryers and many have been upgraded with air conditioning, predominantly split systems.
Lush tropical plants like palm trees and red ginger flowers surround the grounds. An enclosed outdoor pool provides ample seating for relaxing. Overlooking the ocean is a barbecue area with two grills and picnic tables.
Parking is available in the on-site lots for one car per unit.

We exclude Leasehold data from this market analysis because Leasehold properties do not compare with regular Fee Simple properties.
We use median instead of the average because it depicts more accurately a central tendency to the sample size. Example: Take 5 numbers - 3, 5, 7, 9, 21. The median is 7 (the middle number) and the average is 9 (sum of all divided by 5).
We count days on market from listing date through closing date.
