Meaning “Heavenly Child” in Hawaiian, Kamalani offers contemporary living close to the beach. Conveniently located at the northern entrance to Kihei, this community provides a serene retreat set away from Piilani Highway.

The project, so far, has two phases completed:
- The Flats: Built in 2017, consist of 136 two- or three-bedroom, single-level units in 17 two-story buildings, without elevators, ranging between 755 and 1,022 square feet. Units also include a small fenced-in patio space and two assigned side-by-side parking stalls.
- The Townhomes: Offering the comfort of house-like living, without the maintenance, the Townhomes were constructed in 2019 and comprise 34 three-bedroom, two-story residences, spanning 1,174 to 1,180 square feet, spread amongst nine buildings. The true gems of the Townhomes are the private, fenced backyard - spacious enough for a barbecue and outdoor dining - and single-car garage with a driveway for extra parking.
