Kuilei Place is a proposed new condo project in an area we broadly refer to as Kapiolani, although the neighborhood is technically called Moilili. The project, to be located at
2599 Kapiolani Blvd covering a total of 3.1 acres across several parcels, is expected to be completed sometimes in 2026.
Residences Kuilei Place will have a total of 1,005 residences of which 402 are market-rate units and 603 are affordable housing units. There will be a 43 story tower and a 12 story structure for residential units. The 12 story structure will also have commercial space on the ground level - runs along Kapiolani Blvd.
