Princeville Makai Golf Course lining its entire south side just across Ka Haku Rd.
The two bedroom condos’ interiors range from 1,042 to 1,506 Sq Ft with two lanais on the outside. There are some that also have an additional loft area that has a ½ bath. Lockoffs are in many of these residences, creating a separate studio vacation rental from the rest of the home. Every unit has one assigned, uncovered space for their parking.
These residences exclusively use ceiling-fans for cooling the inside. The buildings are all walk-ups, there are no elevators in the complex. Some condos do have peekaboo or horizon ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Sealodge Beach (AKA Kaweonui Beach) is just over ½ mile from your home, known for the calmer conditions that swimmers love. The reefs here are teeming with tropical fish and undersea life, including some sea turtles, so bring your snorkeling gear. The path down to Sealodge can be slippery at times and is steep in places, requiring caution.
Getting to
Anini Beach takes a little longer, about a 1.2 mile trip, but this is another reef-protected beach that swimmers seek out. Snorkeling and paddleboarding are done here daily as well and the breezes make it a prime windsurfing spot. In the winter months the swells can be strong, though, so there will be some days better spent on shore.
On those on shore days, there’s
Prince Albert Park just under one mile from you. Its large, open green space provides room to relax or play. For the little ones, there’s a playground here, too.
