Pali Ke Kua is an oceanfront community in Princeville, sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, its residents living as close as 100 yards from the water.
The one and two bedroom condos have interiors that range from 717 to 1,200 Sq Ft with one lanai on the outside. Some one bedrooms have a loft area as well, while the two bedrooms all have a second floor that holds one bedroom with its own full bathroom.
Please note that some have not converted to Fee Simple and are still Leasehold properties, the lease expiring in 2039.
Every unit has one assigned, uncovered parking stall for their use. Ceiling fans are almost exclusively used here to cool the interiors. The buildings are all walk-ups, so there are no elevators here. Most of these residences have ocean views, ranging from partial to completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do One unique option you have in Pali Ke Kua is that you can dine poolside, even on an impulse, in the on-site restaurant here. You don’t even have to get in your car.
You also don’t need a vehicle to get to
Hideaway Beach, just take the path nearby that goes right to it in less than ½ mile. It is steep at times, so walk carefully.
You’re rewarded with a beautiful, secluded beach with great views and excellent conditions for both swimming and snorkeling. For some, this is the best beach on the property.
Puu Poa Beach has a lot to offer, though, too. The way down isn’t as steep and its stretch of sand is the longest in Princeville. This is another place that has the kind of undersea life that snorkelers seek out and swimmers love it here as well, though waiting for high tide is advisable
Being on the coastline,
Princeville Center is a little further for you, at a little under 2 miles away. It’s still very convenient to have not only its shopping/dining options close by, but also a Foodland grocery store and both gas and EV charging stations.
