Hanalei Bay Resort is close to being an oceanfront property, its location on the far western end of Princeville sitting just 200 feet from
Puu Poa Beach. The resort property is almost completely surrounded by undeveloped land covered with thick greenery, making it feel like its own little world.
Its one to three bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 867 to 1,705 Sq Ft with one or two lanais on the outside. In all, it has twelve three bedrooms, the rest divided almost evenly between one and two bedrooms at about sixty-two of each. Some one and two bedrooms have an additional loft area that is big enough to hold two queen size beds in it. Renting part or all of your condo is easier due to the lockoff systems most have installed as well as separate entrances for each side when that is engaged.
Every unit has one or two unassigned, uncovered parking spaces for their use. Ceiling fans are built into all residences, with some having split a/c systems added by their owner. The resort does not have elevators, every building being a walk-up. The front desk and lobby is in a building at the very front of the property that also holds a lounge, restaurant and some shops.
Many residences have ocean views, most ranging from partial to completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do This property delivers on the resort living with amenities such as:
- Two pools, including a large lagoon-style pool with waterfall features that has a swim-up bar
- Four artificial turf & two hard surface tennis courts as well as six pickleball courts
- Concierge service to arrange activities inside the resort or outside as well as any needed services
- Shuttle service to get you to/from the parking lot, around the property or down to the beach
Puu Poa Beach is just down a paved path from the resort about 200 feet from the end of the property. As Princeville’s longest beach there’s always room to stretch out. This is also a reef-protected part of the coastline, keeping conditions calmer for snorkelers who have a lot of undersea life to see here. The swimming can be good also, though waiting for higher tides is best to guarantee clearance over some of the rockier areas.
