Hale Honu sits at the southern end of Princeville, its environment almost making it feel like a community off by itself in the tropical wilderness. Your complex is surrounded on three sides by undeveloped land, thick with greenery. The remaining side, facing the road, has only a couple of neighboring set back homes across the way, both behind trees and green space.
The two and three bedroom townhomes’ interiors span 866 to 1,085 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. Being duplexes, you only share one wall with your neighbor. Living and dining areas are on the ground floor and all bedrooms upstairs, the master bedrooms including a walk-in closet. Outside, most homes have a small side, back and/or front yard.
Every unit has one assigned, uncovered space for parking. Ceiling fans are inside each home to provide cooling on the hotter days of the year.
These residences do not have ocean views, but there are beautiful mountain views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Your insulated location does place you further from the coastline, but it’s still just 1 2/3 miles to
Puu Poa Beach. Protected by a reef, swimmers and snorkelers benefit from the smaller swells here and there are often tropical fish and other ocean life to see. Winter months can bring larger waves that get past even the reef, drawing surfers from all over during this time. Swimmers should use caution before getting in here when winter rolls around.
Conditions are always good to go to
Princeville Center, though, which is just ½ mile to the east. There’s almost 50 shops and eateries here that include a Foodland grocery store and stations to fill up on gas or a charge for your EV.
Prince Albert Park is just under a mile in the same direction, providing not only an open green space to enjoy, but also a playground and paved path around the outside for jogging or bike riding.
