The Kauai Beach Resort is an oceanfront property located in an isolated part of
Hanamaulu, buffered by open land all around it.
The concrete buildings vary from two to five stories, sitting as close as 70 yards from the water. Interiors of these studio to one bedroom condos measure 307 to 655 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. Only four of them are one bedroom layouts, the other three hundred and forty-five all being studios. In addition, a certain number of these properties are owned by a timeshare program.
Because these were built as hotel rooms, there isn’t a kitchen, only a small refrigerator and coffee maker. However, a microwave is available in Building 2’s lounge to take care of some needs.
The two hundred and sixty-three uncovered parking spaces are available to owners and guests, but there is no ‘exclusive use’ guarantee of any number of stalls. Central air conditioning is inside all of these condos. A coin laundry facility is on-site for guests and residents to use. There are elevators in every building for residents on the higher floors.
The front desk and daily operations are run by
Outrigger Resorts, as well as the hotel program that owners can opt-in to if desired. Guests of condos rented through the Outrigger program get daily maid service, use of the free shuttle service to/from the airport and access to the Hawaiian Cultural Classes (hula, lei making, etc.). Privately rented condos, while they do not get those amenities, do not have to pay the resort fee.
Almost all of these units have partial to completely unobstructed ocean views.
Amenities & Things To Do This is a resort with the level of amenities to justify its excellent reputation:

In addition to that there is the
beach just off your property, with soft sand and warm waters always available to you. You have not just the beach in front of your home, but the rest of the 3 miles that it stretches for to the north and south. All along it you’ll find spots you love more because the swimming is easier or the waters are clearer for snorkeling or the view is just better for some reason. With all of that to explore and enjoy, there’s a lifetime of pleasure here.
