The Villas at Poipu Kai are located near the center of Poipu Kai Resort, beside the walking path that connects
Shipwreck Beach and
Brennecke's Beach, which bookend the property.
The three and four bedroom condos’ interiors measure from 1,616 to 2,114 Sq Ft with one to three covered lanais exterior. In some of the three bedrooms there is also an additional den. Parking varies between uncovered stalls and some units having an enclosed garage space. The Villas stand out in this area for being one of the few condos that has central air conditioning. In addition, there are elevators in every building for those on the upper floors.
Although in an inland location, some residences have a view of the ocean, especially top floor units.
Aston has a rental management program inside Poipu Kai Resort, for owners who want to opt-in to that.
Amenities & Things To Do The community has their own swimming pool and spa, as well as a fitness center. In addition, residents have the use of many of the resort’s amenities, including its main pool, tennis & pickleball courts and restaurant.
500 yards west, using the walking path, is Brennecke’s Beach, known for the stronger swells that more experienced surfers and bodyboarders love.
If it’s too rough, the sands are great to lay out on and turtle sightings are common here, too.
If you head east on the path for about ¾ miles, you’ll arrive at Shipwreck Beach. Another spot to take in the scenery from the sand, especially the nearby cliffs where divers jump off at sunset. Swimming is better here than at Brennecke’s due to more welcoming waters, but this can change, so be aware.
