The Regency Villas sit in the central part of Poipu Kai Resort, right against the east-west walking path that crosses the property.
Its two and three bedroom residences have interiors of 1,258 to 1,810 Sq Ft and one to three lanais on the outside. The twelve two-bedrooms are a mix of single level and two-story floor plans, while the two three-bedroom are both two-story. The larger loft in the three bedrooms has an enclosed bedroom with a bathroom and closets, but also an open room at the front that some use as a fourth bedroom. Residences have at least one assigned, uncovered parking stall. There is no elevator in either building, both are walk-ups.
The resort’s rental management program is run by
Aston Resorts, which owners can opt-in to if you choose. Although these homes cannot see the ocean, there are beautiful garden and mountain views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Regency Villas residents have use of the Villas at Poipu Kai’s amenities next door, including the pool, spa and fitness center. Additionally, you have access to many of Poipu Kai Resort’s options, such as the main pool, spa, tennis & pickleball courts and its restaurant.
Taking the path right beside your home westward for about 2/5 mile takes you right to
Brennecke’s Beach. Although the waves can be a little too strong to get into the waters, the sands are soft and comfortable.
Poipu Beach Park is ¼ mile further down, a larger, and more swimmable, coastline that is also usually more crowded. It’s the main beach for this area and for good reason.
From home you can take the same path east, this time 2/3 mile, to be on
Shipwreck Beach. This is another place you can get into the water more easily for swimming or snorkeling. The adjacent cliffs are where you can end the day at sunset, watching divers jump from them to the ocean below.
