Its one to three bedroom condos have interiors measuring from 630 to 1,204 Sq Ft. The 630 Sq Ft units do not have a lanai, the rest have one or two. There are only two three-bedrooms, both in Building B. Building C is exclusively two-story townhomes, with lanais on both floors. Each unit has one uncovered parking stall. Inside these homes you’ll find most exclusively use ceiling fans for their cooling, just a very few that have installed split a/c systems. There is an elevator only in the four-story building (Bldg A).
Castle Resorts runs the in-house rental management program, which owners can opt-in to if they choose. Every residence faces out to the ocean with completely unobstructed views.
Amenities & Things To Do The complex pool sits over the ocean, the waves hitting right up against the foundation of its deck. You can lay out and both hear & watch the swells that are almost right next to you.
The real beach experience is less than 1/3 mile away at
Brennecke’s Beach. The waters can be challenging, so any surfing or bodyboarding should be done here by those with more experience. The sands here are still good to lay back on to get some sun or take in the scenery of the Pacific.
In the opposite direction, to the east, it’s under a mile to
Shipwreck Beach, where you have more welcoming waters. This is where everyone can get in a swim or some snorkeling. The cliffs next to the beach are not just an arresting backdrop. At sunset, you can watch local daredevils dive from them into the ocean.
