The Poipu Palms is an oceanfront condominium, some of its units only about forty feet from the Pacific.
All of these two-bedroom condos have 900 Sq Ft interiors with one lanai on the exterior. Each residence has one unassigned, uncovered parking stall to use.
These units all have ceiling fans for cooling indoors. This is a walk-up building, so there’s no elevator. Every condo has an ocean view that ranges from partial to completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do Poipu Palms swimming pool is on a deck that sits right above the edge of the coastline, with the waves washing up right below. You can swim and sunbathe to the sounds and sights of the swells.
You can get the whole beach experience in about 1/3 mile from your home at
Brennecke’s Beach. The breaks here are more for experienced surfers and bodyboarders, but some wading is usually okay. The sands are comfortable, too, and, if you head west another 1/5 mile or so, you’ll reach
Poipu Beach Park. The waters are more approachable there and it’s a bigger beach than Brennecke’s. It’s usually more crowded, though, since it is a local favorite.
If you head east from home,
Shipwreck Beach can be reached in just over ½ mile that way. This is another more swimmable spot and it has some good snorkeling areas, too. There are also some cliffs next to Shipwreck that add some scenery, but they’re also the site of cliff diving every sunset.
