Note: This is primarily a timeshare property with only four condos that are fully owned. The Lawai Beach Resort is directly across the street from Lawai Beach, with the
Kukuiula Golf Course driving range lining its north side.
These one and two bedroom condos have interiors of 479 to 1,382 Sq Ft with one or two lanais exterior. Each unit has one assigned, uncovered parking stall to use. While all of the residences have ceiling fans, there are some that have also installed a split a/c system inside. The buildings do have elevators to serve the upper floors.
Many of these condos have partial ocean views, some close to unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do This is a true leisure property with
great amenities, featuring three swimming pools, each with an adjacent spa. There’s also a fitness center and a rooftop tennis court.
Lawai Beach is just on the other side of the road, one of the prime local surfing and snorkeling spots. The ocean bed gets rocky, so for some this is more of a place to lay out and enjoy the outlook.
Only about 250 yards east is another spot,
Prince Kuhio’s Beach, which is rockier on shore than Lawai, but is another popular surf break. You can watch the board riders on the often big waves.
For actually getting into the waters,
Baby Beach is your best destination, less than ½ mile east of the resort. The swimming and snorkeling is easier in the calmer ocean conditions here. Despite being called ‘Baby’ there’s over 100 yards of beach here to find a nice place on the sands to kick back.
