The Honu Kai Villas are an oceanfront community, only a dirt path between them and the coastline. The front residence is only about 20 yards from the waves.
This is a unique complex of three buildings that hold four units of different sizes and configurations:
- #1 – This is a standalone home that fronts directly onto the ocean. It is a single-level, three bedroom with a loft area, the interior measuring 1,841 Sq Ft with three lanais exterior.
- #2 & #3 – These are duplex units. #2 is closer to the ocean and is a two bedroom, two-story unit with a 1,426 Sq Ft interior. #3 is also a two bedroom, two-story unit, but an interior of 1,440 Sq Ft. Both have two lanais on the outside.

Amenities & Things To Do The villas are just 1/5 mile from
Brennecke’s Beach, which is directly northwest of you. It’s known for having waves that are best left to more advanced bodyboarders or surfers due to their height and strength. For others, this is a place to do some shallow wading or lay back on the sand, where you can watch the surfers or the swells coming in and out.
For those times you really need to feel the ocean around you, it’s only one mile east to be on
Shipwreck Beach. The Pacific is calmer here, so you can get in some swimming or do a little snorkeling almost any time. This is a long beach as well, so there is room to find a place on the sands. For many the best feature are the cliffs at the far end, where divers leap off into the ocean every day at sunset.
From your door, it’s only seconds to be in your complex’s heated pool or the spa right next to it, always ready if the ocean is a little too rough that day.
