Ward Village – our favorite area within the upcoming Kakaako neighborhood – is in the process of being transformed in to a stunning upscale neighborhood by land owner & developer, Howard Hughes Corporation. The first phase is currently under way, which includes the ultra-luxury Waiea condo (~85% sold out as of writing) and luxury Anaha (~75% sold out as of writing). Asking price on the few units remaining for sale within Waiea & Anaha range from ~$1.5M – $36M.
Howard Hughes has approvals to built a total of 20 condos within Ward Village, which will include parks, wide side walks with cafes, restaurants and more. These new condo projects are projected to become LEED certified, which relates to reaching a very high standard in energy efficiency.
Ward Village – and the entire Kakaako neighborhood – is rapidly changing and new condo projects are frequently announced.
