Aina Haina Beach
Located along Kalanianaole Hwy – between Kahala and Diamond Head – and the home to some estate sized properties. The ocean is great for kayaking or (paddle) surfing, but not much of a swimming beach.
Black Point
Nestled on a peninsula between the Diamond Head and Kahala neighborhoods, some of the eastern facing homes, arguably have the most incredible ocean views in Honolulu with views of surf-break, Kahala, Portlock and beyond.
Diamond Head
Stunning homes like no where in Honolulu with a neighborhood offering an incredibly charming and inviting feel. Home to Kaimana Beach (great for swimming, surfing and almost any imaginable activity in the ocean) and a stone throw away from Waikiki – the location simply can’t be beat.
Hawaii Loa Ridge
Considered Honolulu’s premier gated community, located on a ridge between Kahala and Hawaii Kai, with most homes offering incredible coast line and city views.
Kahala
The “Beverly Hills” of Honolulu with some 1 acre+ estates located along pristine white sandy beach. Kahala is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Honolulu.
Kai Nani
Hidden gem of homes in Honolulu, immediately east of the Waialae Golf Course homes and right before Wailupe Beach. Homes are either on the ocean or fronting the Waialae Golf course.
Makiki Heights
Hillside living, immediately below Tantalus’ rain forest. A very private area with several homes boating unbelievable views of the city, ocean and Diamond Head in the distance.
Manoa
Lush green valley with substantial rain every year. Manoa is known for its many well-kept vintage homes, and several streets have a feel of being in an upscale old Hawaii.
Niu Beach
Niu Beach boasts several stunning ocean front homes – some on a white sandy beach along Kalanianaole Hwy and others on the Niu Peninsula – located on Niuki Circle. The neighborhood is located between Kahala and Hawaii Kai.
Paiko Lagoon
Unique neighborhood – bordered by Hawaii Kai to the east – known for its State Wildlife Sanctuary and Kanewai Fishpond. The neighborhood has a fantastic tropical feel and most homes are fronting a pond, which creates a very different feel from beach / ocean front living.
Portlock
The most upscale and expensive neighborhood in Hawaii Kai, boasting some stunning ocean front homes with coastline, city and Diamond Head views. The ocean is great for marina sports, less so for swimming.
Tantalus
A tropical jungle with almost enough rain to be classified as a rain forest. Homes are hidden among lush green and almost impossible to spot on a drive-by. Hard to believe this neighborhood is just a 10-15min drive from Downtown Honolulu.
Waialae Golf Course
Some of the most incredible homes in this neighborhood are located right on the world-famous Waialae Golf Course, set back away from busy Kalanianaole Hwy. A stone through away from the Kahala Hotel and white sandy beaches.
Wailupe Peninsula
Some beach front homes and other homes hanging right on the ocean’s edge. Beach front homes have direct walking access to Waialae Golf Course along the beach.
