Puuwai Place is a new residential housing project near Waikele, consisting of 40 single-family homes in 3BR or 4BR format, combination of attached and detached homes, in a CPR (condominium property regime) structure, located along Paiwa Street.
Important
Puuwai Place will for a 1 year period only be offered to owner-occupants – not available for investors to purchase.
The homes at Puuwai Place will be sold in 2 phases: Phase 1 will include 25 homes and Phase 2 will include 15 homes. Sales is expected to commence soon – shortly after the developer obtains the condominium document approval.
Expected completion: Q2 2018.
