Waiulu Villas is a gated community on
Hualalai Resort that sits against the
Keolu Course’s 5th fairway on its south and the 8th fairway on its east.
Its two and three bedroom condos’ interiors measure 1,854 to 2,707 Sq Ft with one or two lanais exterior. Ground floor units also have a backyard space. The main lanai is separated from the living area by pocket doors, which can be completely opened to create an indoor/outdoor space. A grill and wet bar, as well as cupboards, are built into the lanai for entertaining.
Parking is mixed, some having an assigned, uncovered stall, while others have a detached garage. All of the villas have zoned central air conditioning. Many of these residences have a view of the ocean.
Amenities & Things To Do Your home has a choice of beaches, all on the resort property.
Kukio Beach is within ½ mile of your door, where the swimming and snorkeling is said to be the best in Hualalai. Sea turtles come on shore to rest a lot on these sands, too.
Kumukea Beach is the place to go for quieter waters or to explore the tidal pools with the kids. Although not as close, the trip is just 2/3 miles to reach it. Lastly, you have
Kaupulehu Beach, which lies just under a mile from you, that spans ½ mile. It’s rockier here, but with a walkway beside to take in the scenery and some good swimming spots, you’ll find it enjoyable.
Residents can join the
Hualalai Club to get full privileges at the
golf courses,
tennis club, the
sports club & spa and more. There are membership fees, but it may well be worth it. Your own neighborhood provides its own recreation facility that includes a pool, hot tub and BBQ cabana for your special events, never far away.
