The Seascape Condominium is a unique community, sitting by itself at the end of one dead end road at an elevation of 600 feet. Surrounded by undeveloped land on every side, it is truly removed.

The elevated location keeps things cooler, so owners sometimes rely only on ceiling fans, while others have installed split air conditioning systems as well. Each unit has one assigned parking stall. Amenities & Things To Do The closest beach to you is
Wawaloli Beach Park, 3.8 miles west. It’s a distinctly Big Island beach, with both sandy areas and lava rock. You can wade in, and even swim, in the tidepools that form here and people love to watch the planes take off at nearby Kona Airport with the sunset backdrop.
Lokahi Makai Park is an easier trip, only about ½ mile straight down the one road that serves your neighborhood. There’s a large green, open space and an adjacent walking/jogging path that circles another nicely maintained area.
