The Sea Village is an oceanfront condo community in the Holualoa area of Kona. 50 of its units are owned by the
Vacation Internationale timeshare company, the rest by their individual owners.
Its one and two bedroom condos have interiors that range from 698 to 1,106 Sq Ft and one lanai on the exterior. Each unit has one assigned, uncovered stall for parking.
Air conditioning varies, condos using installed split a/c systems and/or ceiling fans. The buildings are all walk-up, so there are no elevators in the complex. Almost every residence has an ocean view, some completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do Honl’s Beach, where boogie boarding was invented, is about ½ mile north. It is usually uncrowded, so you’ll probably have the pick of the sand to lay back on here. The ocean bed nearer shore so swimming should be done with caution, but the boogie boarding is almost always good, of course.
The more grassy
Hale Halawai Beach Park is further up, 1.2 miles from your home, and right in Kailua-Kona town. There’s no sand here, but it does have tidepools and you can get into the waters for some wading and swimming. Water shoes are a must, though The park’s large lawn and pavilion are often used for local events and concerts as well.
Your own pool and hot tub in Sea Village are oceanfront and there’s plenty of room to lay out on the deck, too. There’s even picnic tables by the BBQs on the courtyard lawn, ready for your next get-together.
