The Royal Sea Cliff Club sits on directly oceanfront property, the complex made up of two six-story buildings linked by a common, palm tree lined atrium.

Club Wyndham timeshare program. The remaining are owned fully by their owners. The top floor of the buildings step progressively upward in the inland direction to give those further back an open view toward the Pacific.

Amenities & Things To Do On property, you have two oceanfront swimming pools. The one on the north side has a hot tub and a cabana beside it. The south end pool has a larger pavilion where you can hold special events. Near the entrance, by Alii Dr, you’ll find the complex’s tennis court.
The beach isn’t too far, the closest being
Honl’s Beach, at 2/3 miles north of you. Not the best spot for swimmers, it does have the right conditions for bodyboarding, though. The sands on shore are inviting, too.
Magic Sands Beach is a longer haul, at two miles southward. Swimmers will find good waters here, as will surfers. It’s called ‘magic sands’ because they can disappear and reappear according to the tides, so water shoes may be needed on some visits.
