The Palm Villas are part of a rectangular residential area that divides the
Hualalai Resort’s northern and southern sides. The villas sit against the
Hualalai Golf Course’s 15th fairway on their north, with the 1st fairway beyond it to extend the green, open space further in that direction.
Its four buildings divide up into two triplexes and two duplexes, the townhomes’ interiors ranging from 2,930 to 3,004 Sq Ft, with as many as four lanais on the exterior.
Master bathrooms have an outdoor shower as well. An attached one-car garage is on every unit and some also have an additional uncovered stall. Central air conditioning is inside all homes. Every villa has a view of the ocean from it.
Amenities & Things To Do You can get to
Kukio Beach easily, since it’s essentially right down your street, less than ½ mile total. There’s some areas that are great for swimming, just make sure to bring water shoes in case you decide to explore the more rocky areas. Turtles are seen a lot here, both in the water and on the sands.
Kaupulehu Beach is another choice on-property, just under one mile to the north. It’s not the best for water activities, due to it having very rocky beds, but the walkway that runs beside it is a nice scenic stroll and the wave watching from the sands is always enjoyable.
To increase your available amenities, you can become a member of the
Hualalai Club. This grants full privileges at both of the resort’s
golf courses, as well as the
tennis club, the
sports club & spa and more. The pool inside your own community is a minute or two from your door, along with a hot tub, so a refreshing dip is easy to attain.
