The Kona Sea Villas is a gated community on the hillside overlooking
Kahului Bay. Unlike the areas north and south, there has been very little development around it.
Most of the surrounding lands are open, green land, insulating the small neighborhood from noise and traffic.
These townhomes have interiors of 981 to 1,832 Sq Ft with two or three lanais of outside space. Two-bedroom floor plans are a mix of single-level and those with a loft area. The three-bedrooms have an upstairs that holds a den/study and two bedrooms/bathrooms, including the master. Some villas have a detached, single-car garage, but all have at least one assigned, uncovered parking space. Central air conditioning is in every home. Most homes have an ocean view, opened further by your elevated location.
Amenities & Things To Do From up here it’s actually under a mile to Honl’s Beach. Not the biggest stretch of sands, but there’s more than enough to lay back and relax on. This is also where boogie boarding was invented, so if there’s a place to do it, it’s here.
There are a couple of parks nearby, too.
Hillcrest Park is just ½ a mile from the Sea Villas, where the kids have a playground and there’s also a pickleball court.
Pualani Park is further away, almost two miles, but in addition to another playground, you have baseball and soccer fields, too.
It’s a very short trip to your recreation center, though, where you have a fitness center to work out in, along with a pool and hot tub to take the edge off whenever required.
