Kaulu Villas is in a central area of
Hualalai Resort, the
Hualalai Golf Course’s 4th fairway making up its northern border. The 3rd fairway is on your east side, with more of the course past that, keeping the landscape open even further.
These five fourplex buildings hold three bedroom townhomes with interiors of 2,408 to 2,576 Sq Ft plus four of five lanais providing additional space outside.
All of the layouts include a den/study. A detached one-car garage comes with each residence as well as one uncovered stall. Every home has central air conditioning in them. Despite the somewhat setback site, almost every villa has an ocean view.
Amenities & Things To Do Your location is central to the beaches on the resort, all three of them about ½ mile from you.
Kumukea Beach, the northernmost of the trio, has a sandy bed, which can be rarer on this coast. The sands on shore provide a good place to get some sun and take in the scenery, while the water conditions are right for swimming. Down the coastline a little is
Kaupulehu Beach is rockier, but still has places for wading and some swimming. This may be more of a kickback beach for you, but it’ll be worth coming here to do so.
Kukio Beach is in between the first two. Not as much sand on its bed as Kumukea, but less rocky than Kaupulehu. You can get in the water here for some recreation and keep an eye out for sea turtles that often are around.
