Na Hale at Kahikole is located on
Hualalai Resort, the neighborhood bounded by the
Hualalai Golf Course’s 8th fairway on the west and the 17th fairway of the
Keolu Golf Course on the east.
There are eight homes total, governed as a Condominium Property Regime, that have interior spaces of from 2,571 to 3,209 Sq Ft as well as three to four lanais of outdoor space. For the four bedroom floor plans, the fourth bedroom is actually in a separate guest house on your property, with its own lanai. Behind each residence is backyard space with a swimming pool and, in some cases, a jacuzzi. A few have a pavilion covering part of their back lanai as well. Other standard features include an attached two-car garage, central air conditioning and two outdoor showers. Almost every Na Hale home has a view of the ocean.
Amenities & Things To Do Being more to the inland side of the resort, there is some travel required to get to the beaches here, but not a long haul. Your closest sands are at Kumukea Beach, just under a mile away, where you can get in some swimming, helped by the sandy bed in these waters. The beach itself has comfortable sands to lay back on, too. The other two beaches are about the same distance from Na Hale at about 1.2 miles. Kaupulehu Beach is south of Kumukea and can be rocky both onshore and in the ocean. Sometimes this is a place to just sit and enjoy the scenery, which is excellent. Kukio Beach has some of the same issues with rocky places, but less so and swimmers find it a good spot to get in some strokes. Sea turtles are often around, in the ocean and on the beach, so keep an eye out.
